Privacy notice
§ 1. Controller and scope
1.1. LifeMeansBeauty sp. z o.o., identified below, operates HowManySales and is the controller of personal data processed for this website. Contact [email protected] about privacy or your rights. This notice concerns the free website and service enquiries under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR / RODO).
§ 2. Calculator inputs
2.1. Calculations run in your browser. We do not save these inputs as plans or send financial figures to analytics or AI. Reloading clears the calculation. Copy results writes to your clipboard only when requested. Copy tool link copies the page address without your figures.
§ 3. Contact and enquiries
3.1. The enquiry form collects your name, reply email, selected service, short description, optional company, timing and budget, and a privacy-notice acknowledgement. We store the request encrypted on our server and send it to the operator by email. A delivery queue retries failed notifications. A reference, receipt time, source and notice version are recorded with the request. We use this information to respond and assess a possible engagement. We also accept direct email correspondence. Please leave out passwords, customer records and confidential financial files. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not send enquiries to AI or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
§ 4. Purposes and legal bases
4.1. Requests from individuals for steps before a contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Business representative correspondence and necessary website security rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and maintaining a secure service under Article 6(1)(f). Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c). Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond. Reading this notice is not blanket consent to processing.
§ 5. Website delivery and providers
5.1. Requests reveal technical information such as IP address, requested address, browser information and time to the infrastructure delivering the website. We use a Spaceship VPS in the United States, Spacemail for email, and Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, proxying and security. Authorised personnel and these providers may process information necessary to deliver, protect and support the service. Technical security records are separate from calculator inputs. To limit form abuse, we temporarily store a hashed IP-derived rate-limit key and request count. Expired rate-limit buckets are removed by the notification worker; they are not used for advertising.
§ 6. International processing
6.1. Our US hosting and global delivery infrastructure involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Provider agreements, recipient entities, backup locations and transfer safeguards remain under review by the operator. This notice does not represent that those arrangements have been independently verified. Contact [email protected] for information about these arrangements; do not send confidential or sensitive records while they are being finalised.
§ 7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
7.1. Optional usage analytics and advertising delivery are currently disabled on the public website. The Google AdSense account verification tag and ads.txt identify the publisher; they do not themselves display ads or track visitors. Infrastructure may use necessary security mechanisms. Our Cookies and browser storage notice explains the current behaviour. No advertising consent is required to use the calculators.
§ 8. Retention
8.1. We retain correspondence while handling your request and any resulting engagement. We review whether further retention is necessary once the discussion ends. Information needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend claims may be retained for the applicable period. Retention depends on the purpose and relevant statutory periods; this is not a promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of months. You may request deletion at [email protected]. Provider security records and backup retention form part of the infrastructure review described above.
§ 9. Your rights
9.1. Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or another competent supervisory authority.
