§ 1. Service and operator
1.1. These terms concern the free HowManySales website operated by LifeMeansBeauty sp. z o.o., identified below. The website provides educational calculators, examples and information about separately scoped services. Businesses and consumers may use the free tools. No account or subscription is required.
§ 2. Calculations and assumptions
2.1. Results are estimates based on your inputs and the assumptions explained beside each tool. Check units, currencies, periods, costs and fees. Currency selection changes presentation, not exchange rates. Models simplify business reality and do not guarantee sales, profit or other outcomes. They are not individual investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Seek appropriate professional advice for decisions requiring it.
§ 3. Access and acceptable use
3.1. Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled for interactive calculations. Educational explanations remain readable without interactive features. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or misuse contact facilities. We may maintain, update or suspend features for security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
§ 4. Your information
4.1. Calculator inputs are not saved as an account or project. Copy or retain results yourself if needed. The privacy and browser-storage notices describe personal-data handling. Do not send confidential files in an initial enquiry.
§ 5. Service enquiries
5.1. An enquiry is a request for discussion, not an order or a paid contract. Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and applicable consumer information must be agreed separately before paid work begins. See the Service enquiry terms.
§ 6. Rights and complaints
6.1. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Send website complaints to [email protected] with the relevant page and a description of the issue, without sensitive information. We will review the complaint and respond through the contact details you provide.
§ 7. Updates
7.1. The version shown identifies these terms. We may update the free website and its terms; changes do not retrospectively remove rights or alter a separate signed service agreement.
